Project leader, assumes the representation of the GO as agent and plays the role of administrative and financial coordinator in the scope of implementation of project activities; coordinates the partners in the implementation of activities in accordance with the approved project; fulfills all obligations under the act of granting aid and performs all activities necessary to ensure the best implementation of the Project.

In synergy with other partners, the Cooperative is involved in conducting field trials and determining the technological and health quality of the grain. Core business of CO.R.SU.D ARL is the activity of harvesting, first processing (excluding processing) and storage of agricultural products.

In relation to the functions assigned as part of the project, ARETE' will contribute to the implementation of the interventions through the activity of market analysis, in order to define the perimeter, size, main competitors and prices, with the aim of quantifying the potential added value resulting from innovations and the related benefits that can be distributed throughout the supply chain. As part of the project, he will contribute knowledge and know-how gained in the area of Market Intelligence. In addition, in relation to the assigned activities, he will exercise the periodic involvement of partners, to whom he will provide tools for knowledge of target markets, risk management in the purchase of raw materials and product placement in target markets. In addition, he brought to the project knowledge and know-how gained in related project experiences (PSR Regione Emilia Romagna 2018- 2019; PSR Regione Emilia Romagna - 2017-2019; other).

UNIVERSITY OF FOGGIA participates in the initiative in the role of research institution. As a partner, it undertakes to carry out the activities for which it is responsible, as established in the project sheet. It also undertakes to provide the widest collaboration for the realization of the interventions, providing technical and scientific support such as to support agricultural enterprises in the activities in which they are directly involved (validation); it monitors their regular performance (supervision), proposing, where necessary, lines of intervention aimed at risk management, so that they are contained and the results are shared. UNIFG exercises the technical planning and scientific conduct of the following activities: selection of the best strains of Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria; field trials to optimize nutrient use efficiency; determination of the technological and health quality of the grain; evaluation of the performance of PGPBs; validation of alternative and sustainable formulations with fungicidal and/or herbicidal action; evaluation of the efficacy and persistence of inert powders (diatom powders, zeolites); other. In terms of project, UNIFG is the beneficiary of significant, dynamic and innovative experiences gained through different funding lines (PSR Regione Puglia 2014-2020, Measure 124; PON 01, MIUR 2011-2015; MIPAF OIGA DM 2065 2009-2013; other). 
It also has an established operating body to support the project at every stage of implementation, improving the profitability, competitiveness and sustainability of Puglia's cereal farms.

D.A.Re Scrl participates in the project by collaborating with the implementer of the dissemination plan to share and transfer innovations through collaboration between actors from the world of research, business and finance, in order to promote scientific excellence and increase the competitive advantage of the Apulian production system, represented by Go.

D.A.Re Scrl contributes to the implementation of the interventions referred to in the dissemination plan, bringing the experience - gained in the service of research institutions and companies - to support the drafting of R&D projects consistent with both the technological expertises of scientific institutions, and with the market strategies and internal lines of development of companies. In fact, in the field of project management, product and process innovation of the regional fruit and vegetable, cereal, wine, dairy and zootechnics sectors, D.A.Re Scrl has gained experience in the framework of the PSR REGIONE PUGLIA 2007-2013 (Mis. 124) and beyond. In relation to the assigned activities, it will periodically verify that all partners share operational, technical and organizational choices.

CASSANDRO SRL UNIPERSONALE is participating in the project. As part of the project, CASSANDRO SRL UNIPERSONALE brings experience in project management, reporting, agronomic and financial consulting related to EC structural funds and, in particular, those under the following intervention programs: MIS. 124, PSR PUGLIA REGION 2007-2013; MIS. 124, PSR REGION ABRUZZO 2007-2013; MIS. 16, PSR REGION MOLISE 2014-2020; MIS. 16, PSR LAZIO REGION 2014-2020; MIS. 16, PSR CALABRIA REGION 2014-2020. In relation to assigned activities, it will periodically verify that all partners share operational, technical and organizational choices.

AZIENDA AGRICOLA GERARDO CAMPANELLA participates in the project in the role of executor of the experimental field activities. As a partner, it undertakes to carry out the relevant operations, as established in the project sheet. It also undertakes to provide extensive cooperation in the implementation of the interventions of which it is mere executor, such as generating, sharing and transferring innovations through collaboration between actors in the world of research, business and finance, in order to promote scientific excellence and increase the competitive advantage of the Apulian production system, represented by Go.

In relation to the functions assigned under the project, AZIENDA AGRICOLA GERARDO CAMPANELLA will contribute to the implementation of the interventions referred to in the dissemination plan, such as: animation, information and transfer/dissemination of results. The activities intended for the dissemination and exploitation of results (public opportunities for discussion, moments of dissemination of technological and/or organizational solutions introduced, meetings, workshops, seminars, company visits, etc.) are aimed at increasing the awareness of direct and indirect project beneficiaries, extending the impact, involving stakeholders, sharing solutions, know-how and best practices. As part of the project, the company will contribute experience in cereal farming and open-air horticulture, an area in which it has gained skills and experience potentially useful to project management.

CIA Puglia participates in the project in the role of innovation broker and implementer of the dissemination plan.  As such, it plays the role of animator and manager of relations within the partnership. It is therefore committed to providing extensive collaboration in managing relationships within the partnership so that choices, consequent actions and results are shared among partners and feedback from innovation beneficiaries is guaranteed. By ensuring the circulation of information among the group partners and their constant involvement in the production of opinions and reviews of the activity, it ensures that project risks and results are shared among the partners.

In relation to the assigned functions, it contributes to the implementation of interventions through activities such as: secretarial and technical-operational coordination; project committee meetings; financial coordination and project reporting; execution process; control process; incident response planning. As a partner, it commits to carrying out relevant operations as established in the project sheet. Furthermore, it undertakes to provide the broadest collaboration in the implementation of interventions for which it is merely an executor, such as promoting knowledge and innovation transfer, sharing research results with direct beneficiaries and potential stakeholders, aiming to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of Puglia's agriculture, in line with sustainable management of resources and environmental performance.

Furthermore, it implements interventions related to the dissemination plan, such as: animation, information, and transfer/dissemination of results. The activities aimed at disseminating and valorizing the results (public opportunities for discussion, moments of dissemination of introduced technological and/or organizational solutions, meetings, workshops, seminars, farm visits, etc.) are intended to increase the awareness of direct and indirect project beneficiaries, extend the impact, involve interested parties, share solutions, know-how, and best practices. Within the project, CIA Puglia will contribute experience in the protection and development of the agricultural entrepreneur and their enterprise.
